How to Make Glittered Titles!

One of the things I like about white titles is how easy it is to add colored glitter to them to make them match a project. I really wanted to amp up and create a bright fun layout with my son and I. he is bright and fun so a layout needs to reflect that, right?
All the supplies I used are from Bad Girls Couture and the adhesive from Supertite (You can actually take 10% off any order over $5 with coupon code: Supertite-Golden).

I used the Dual Tip Max-Glue Pen to adhere the glitter to the letters.
I like it because not only is it clear, it also has a nice tip with a comb to move the adhesive around.
I applied my adhesive to the title:
I sprinkled a generous layer of glitter on the wet adhesive.

Once the title was covered I went in with the flat side of a craft spatula and pressed the glitter down.
I applied another layer of glitter and let it dry.
I simply removed the title once it was dry and applied to my layout.
I really like that with this technique I could glitter different words in my title different colors!

Globe Shaker Card!

One of my favorite things are the globes and all the places in them! I love to make shaker cards to mail my friends and family when I am visiting a new place. I like to make about a dozen cards up before I leave and mail them from my destination. To make the card I first stamp the image on white cardstock:
Using the Globe die that fits all of the stamps I cut 12 3 by 4 black pieces of cardstock making sure to set the globe aside:

Adhere the stamped image to a base. I used a sparkly silver piece of cardwtock cut 1/4 inch larger than my image piece:

Using Brutus Monroe craft glue, carefully line up the globe frame to the image and adhere. Repeat the process until you have one black frame left:
Carefully place sequins and glitter in the shaker. Glue a sheet of acetate over the shaker and top it off with the last black frame:

Adhere to the card and shake away!

Check out the Brutus Monroe shop for the globes!
