We put in new floors about a year ago and in the process I was able to redo my craft room! I actually snapped a few photos of it because it was clean and thought I would share.
This is what I keep on my desk. The small one houses small alphas and just stuff. The big one houses my journal and thickers:
Here is my organized clutter! I love a good peg board :-)
Here is my Cricut area as well as my CTMH stamps:

You Want Me To Do WHAT?!?!?!?!
I almost threw in the towel on art journaling because of a recent prompt. I was challenged to draw and not only just draw, but to create a picture of ME! I don't draw. That is why I scrapbook and stamp. I don't have artistic ability (or so I thought). I mean, my entire family can draw, but it skipped me. I will never be as good as them, so why bother. Once again, I had to get over myself and just give it a go. So, here is my self portrait:
I totally drew a grid on my paper and penciled a face. Do my eyebrows now rock! The one on the right really could be my eyebrow. HA!
Then came the fun part -- Adding color! I had to draw in my blue eyes and then had fun with my hair. Well, my friend, Erin liked it so much that she asked me to do her. I told her that it would not be that much different than mine because I am a bit limited on what I can do at this time skill wise. This is what I came up with for her:

Art Journal
I am really enjoying my art journal this year. Each week when I get the prompts I always think "I can't do that!" I then get over myself and do them. Here are some recent pages for my journal I have done:
You Make Me Smile
Doddle a Border

Finishing Up Spring Break
We went to SeaLife AZ and had a blast! I highly recommend this place (even though it is expensive). I dug into another Studio Calico Kit to complete this page.
The last place we went on spring break was Challenger Space Center. It was a great learning experience for the kids and I. I broke out my Cricut and some old CTMH paper I had in my stash to complete the page.
It feels so good to use up stuff in my stash!

Old Studio Calico Kits
For four days last week I was sick with a strange illness that did not make me feel bad other than my throat. I was not sure if I was contagious or not, so I stayed home. It was the best four days of the year so far because it allowed me to have time to scrap! The first thing I did was pulled out a few of my old Studio Calico kits. Here are the pages I completed with them:
We found Montezuma's castle on the way to Bearizona over spring break 2013. I always thought Montezuma was not real. Ha! It was so interesting to see and learn about these Native Americans and how they lived. The wooden feathers seemed like a nice addition to the page.
Bearizona is a must see for the state of Arizona. It is kind of like Jurassic Park only not with dinosaurs, but bears and other cool animals like wolves and bison! I used two Maya Road envelops to house 20 more photos we took that day.
We also went to AZ Sealife that is in one of our awesome malls that also happens to have Rainforest Café. Let's face it, you don't go to the Rainforest Café for the food. You go for the atmosphere. My daughter got the brilliant idea to suck soda up her nose and of course her little brother had to follow in her sucking steps. Naturally I had to take pictures of it all!
